Over the last few years in working with many people, I have come to realize that many people experience fear. It is such a shame to see that happen to talented people. Fear in life and business can cripple you. It can suck out and dry up your motivation to accomplish just about anything.

Think about it. The word fear is just a little four-letter word. When you experience fear, you’re experiencing a deep-rooted emotion. As stated earlier, it can stop you dead in your tracks. Here are a few examples of some of the things that create fear emotions.

You fear what others may think about you…

You fear the unknown…

You fear asking questions…

You fear picking up the phone…

You fear rejection from others…

If you experience fear, you really need to see what is causing it. Examine your feelings to understand why you are feeling that fear emotion. Regardless of where you are in life, or what you do, you can’t afford to let fear hold you back.

What I do is say to myself  “WHAT IS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN?”  If  you can live with that, JUST GO DO IT!
